The protocol department is responsible for putting in place procedures, systems and rules for governing all affairs within the church. The protocol department consists of:

🔲 Ushering Department: The ushering department ensures seamless operations, hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere for members, guest ministers and the pastorate, by greeting and seating attendees, assisting with offerings and communion, managing crowd flow and maintaining proper decorum during church services and church events.

🔲 Facilities Management: The facilities department ensures the proper maintenance, functionality of the church’s facilities, managing utilities, setting up spaces for services, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all church services and church events.

They work diligently to ensure that the environment complements the worship experience.
